There are just two of us to cook for, yet I find my 12 quart bowl useful on a daily basis. There is a lot of room to really toss a salad, before transferring to a smaller bowl. I soak corn in it before grilling. I fill it with cold water to fast defrost a chicken or steak. Collecting scraps during meal prep for the garden compost. There is no end to how useful this bowl will be for me. The quality is fine. Love it.
